What a positive and enjoyable experience! Dr Hussain was great and gentle, and the girls in the office Brittany. Samara and Paloma made the whole experience very enjoyable. Ok hold your horses because this is a hefty review. First of all my initial visit I was very guarded and nervous . I have had terrible dentistry experiences in the past. I was very hesitant and probably too fast to judge only because I was so terrified and haven’t had work done in over a decade. From my initial visit Dr. De Vera, Emily and Kimberly the office manager, were on their game. Extremely helpful, supportive, truly kind and very thorough in explaining things to me. My nature is to know every detail. I am very investigative and they adapted to that very quickly with no judgement and a ton of understanding and patience. I needed to have a root canal and of course I was very hesitant and nervous. Finances were an issue for me as well so I felt pretty hopeless about the whole thing. Not only did they help me find a solution to the expense portion of the procedure, they were able to schedule me and meet my needs and have it all done in the same day. My endodontist and her assistant was highly efficient and skilled. The entire procedure took 30-45 minutes. Bed side manor was 10/10. I will confidently go to them from now on with any dental work I need done. They helped me conquer my fears and fix my teeth. I couldn’t say enough good things about these providers. They truly care for you.
